Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, and I even had a little kitchenette with a fridge containing complimentary soft drinks. The views of San Jose and Alajuela from the balcony were stunning. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit of a downside.
Staying in a separate bungalow with a spectacular view of the valley west of San Jose, I enjoyed the enormity of the room, complete with lovely large patios offering mesmerizing city lights at a distance. The unique touch of wonderful original art scattered around added to the charm. Though the rooms were okay, they didn't reach the level of greatness I had expected.
The hotel offers fantastic views of San Jose and Alajuela from rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff is outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. The location is unbeatable for proximity to the airport, ideal for exploring Alajuela and nearby attractions. The dining options are varied and plentiful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Wow, this hotel was a gem! The rooms were beautiful with an amazing view, quite large, clean, and well-maintained. They were very spacious, with two separate beds, each smaller than a king bed but larger than a single bed. The location was breathtaking, only 9km from the airport, featuring the best gardens in all of the places we have visited in Costa Rica during this trip. The dining was great with a good choice including home-made banana bread and granola bars. On the downside, the service, though nice and helpful overall, was standard for Costa Rica and slightly detracted from a potentially enjoyable stay.
I was truly captivated by the mesmerizing view from the balcony in my room, making it a delightful spot to relax. The hotel boasts stunning views of the valley, truly inviting me to spend endless hours admiring the beauty around. On the downside, the lack of air conditioning was noticeable, especially during warmer periods.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel nestled in the jungle with stunning views. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, offering a private terrace to enjoy the picturesque jungle vistas. However, more lighting for reading at night and additional seating would have been appreciated. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff members like Diana in the restaurant and Marianna at reception making our stay memorable. The location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by lush gardens and cascading waterfalls within the premises. The dining experience was delightful, with mouthwatering dishes complemented by a mesmerizing view of the San Jose valley.
